This workbook uses a lot of mindfulness technique to help kids self-regulate. The mindfulness component is just what I have been looking for since so much research supports the beneficial effects of mindfulness for mental health. Mindfulness has helped me with anxiety issues so I think it will help my child struggling with managing big feelings. The exercises look appropriate for age 10 through young adult (or even older).

Very helpful. Even if you don't often use "workbooks" this offers good ideas of how to approach issues with teens.

I need help with my moods an feelings. Is the book worth the money it costs?

The book it's self is wonderful. But not as an ebook. The worksheets are useless because you can't print them.
