I'm a female ex-bodybuilder and am vegan since 2015. I love how well these high-protein recipes fit in my diet. I even recommend some of my student a number of these recipes. All these plant-based yummy dishes include storage info, tips, tricks and their macronutrients. I doublechecked a couple with chronometer and all seem to be correct. I endorse this!

Great cookbook with more than 50 recipes - 100% plant-based and high in protein! Really like the bean-based recipes in this one and the whole foods approach in general. Veganism will be a big thing as a plant-based diet is the only way to save our planet ('s population)!

This beautiful book did not dissapoint. Great recipes with varied options, I love the salads and smoothies and those are just a bonus. Also the soaking & sprouting info helped me save money by buying dried beans & legumes.

Excellent Cookbook with Many Plant-Based High-Protein Recipes! The best way to grow muscle is on a plant-based diet. Recipes reduce inflammation, improve cholesterol and are granting durable restults in the long run. I wouldn't go back to eating animal products ever. These recipes will get you on your way and will provide you with enough protein to build some quality muscle!
