Susan Chen is a freelance writer, personal trainer and a fitness and nutrition consultant to corporations and health clubs. She was a co-founder and managing editor of the original Fitness Publications. Trim and fit, she maintains her physical condition with a brisk daily walk combined with twice weekly strength training. Ms. Chen currently lives in Hong Kong with her husband, a former British army officer. She recently completed her latest project - the 90-Day Smart Diet series for NoPaperPress.

Over her long career, Gail Johnson, M.S. has been a manager of recipe development, a respected chef, a nutrition instructor and a free-lance health writer.
