by Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera's been hard at work in the studio for the past year and is pleased to release her highly anticipated fourth studio album Bionic. The first single from Bionic is the fiercely energetic anthem "Not Myself Tonight," produced by Polow Da Don.

Bionic features songs co-written by Aguilera along with her much buzzed about collaborations including Sia, Tricky Stewart, Polow Da Don, Le Tigre, Hill & Switch, and Ladytron among others. The album also features a ballad produced and written by Linda Perry titled "Lift Me Up." The title Bionic reflects Aguilera's ability to take her range to new levels and use her voice in various ways never heard before. From the Label

I know most people have been hard on this record but please give it shot. I think it's some of her best work. The 1st half is Christina being X-tina (Woohoo & Prima Donna), which we love her for. The 2nd part is her takeing it down a notch. I love the way her voice can soar (You Lost Me & Lift Me Up). The last bit is her just haveing some FUN (My Girls,Vanity & Bobblehead)! Soo PLEASE give this another shot! You just might enjoy yourself.

It should have gotten a bigger chance by radio. The album was underestimated and it does sound a lot like Ciara's "The Evolution" but don't let that stop you, what Ciara can't do in pop. Christina takes to the next level, with sex, fashion, pop star music love, and putting men and bobble heads in their places. I would rate the album Rated R for content and cussing. But for older fans so worth it and the songs, "Lift Me Up" and "You Lost Me" show her soft side. On the songs, like I Am and Stronger than Ever, you see her showcase her voice beautifully. Whoohoo and Prima Donna show her sexy side that men will like more as well they enjoy Breakfast in Bed and understand Beyoncé's reference in Drunken in Love. Morning Dessert and My Heart aren't the songs you think they are and do show case some of what Christina went through before she ended up on the voice. Not Myself Tonight and it's throwback to Vouge and Express Yourself by Madonna might be a little much for some people, the title track Bionic is very optimistic and fun.

Christina Aguilera's fourth studio album is even better than I expected. I honestly thought it was going to be unoriginal. I thought to myself, "Eh, It'll probably sound like contemporary music these days." But I'm proud to say I'm wrong. Christina definitely experimented on this record - Electronic, Pop, Classical/Piano, and R&B. She starts the album with catchy tunes such as Bionic, Not Myself Tonight, Woohoo, Elastic Love, and Desnudate. The music starts calming in the Love & Glamour Intro. Then gets calm, strong, emotional, and classical in the Morning Dessert Intro. Beautiful music is found from Sex for Breakfast to You Lost. The album then again goes to catchy pop tunes in I Hate Boys. The music once starts calming in Birds of Prey. The album ends beautifully with I Am (Stripped), with Christina Aguilera's voice describing herself to the listener. This album really is amazing. It really has something for everyone. This album is very unique and I love it. A definite must buy album for the summer. For fans of Kelly Clarkson's All I Ever Wanted.<3

Christina is amazing in whatever she chooses to do and this album is no exception. Every album she does is totally different then the last. She takes her voice to places it has never been. This album is a must have.
