I am a mom, wife, NPC bikini competitor, fitness and business coach and TurboKick instructor.In May of 2010, I found myself at my heaviest and unhealthiest. So I decided to take charge of my health. Within 14 months, I went from obese to competing in my first NPC Bikini competition.
