About the Author

Jack LaFountain’s first novel, Death Rides the Red was dubbed by readers, Stephen King with a rodeo belt buckle. His eclectic mix of history and the supernatural has captured readers the world over. His short stories have won awards in international ghost story competitions.

He has since published a collection of supernatural short stories, Hatchlings, and a small volume of Christmas ghost stories called, Tis the Season. His latest works appear in And Come Out Fighting: Tales of Guts and Glory, an anthology by Tiwaz Press.
