As a young girl I was subjected to every Jean Claude Van Damme movie that was ever made. My father was a fan so that explains my torture. This was actually my favorite. It was not all about the kicking of butts, which is the majority plot line of his other movies. There were comedic moments as well as a love story to compliment the kicking butt stuff. If you have never seen a Mr. Van Damme movie I would start with this one and you will not be disappointed
