Hello all, i got this dvd today and put it in right a way. i do not have the volume one but this volume two is helpful and gets ya moving, one must be great too!!!!!. it is nice to see "normal" people working out huffing and puffing with me. it gives me the kick to go for it and the trainers get ya moving too. this dvd rocks GET IT. one plus is that i do not have a ball to work out with, but they had a contestant show the moves without the ball, BIG CLAP for that. it is nice that you do not have to use equipment to get your heart rate up and burn inches off. you just move... any one can do this. i may even buy volume one. this is a great starter DVD for someone who is overweight and is afraid to work out. you can do this!!!. you will build up by doing the different sections that they have til you can do all nine work outs. I like that there is a part for women and one for men.

I have all of the Biggest Loser work out DVDs and this one is my favorite.

I think the workouts are great! You really get a lot for one dvd. It's nice that they have the separate workouts tailored to men and women's needs. Kim is a little annoying to me. I'm not sure if it's just that she tries too hard. But her exercise moves are good. I love Bob! He's always so motivational. What I like about this dvd is that, like the previous dvd, it provides challenging workouts with both strength training and cardio. And the workout times are even shorter than the previous dvd. It's very user friendly in the sense that you can tailor it to the amount of time that you can personally dedicate to your workout. Even if you can only do 20 mins., you really sweat. Great job!

Everything was wrong for me. For the flexibilty segment, you need a ball, which I did not have. The rutines were full of painful squats and lunges. I wanted aerobics so I could lose weight and not gain big muscles. If you like body sculpting then you should get it.
