This book was a required textbook for my Master's level class in Adult Education. As an educator at an adult basic education program, it is truly a find. It offers great direction and over 55 strategies for teachers of any level of adult education for motivating your students and/or competing with all the issues of life that a non-traditional aged student (from 24-70+) brings to the learning environment in order to keep them engaged and coming back.
