'Gita' is the recording of the dialogue between God, Sri Krishna and His most dear disciple, Arjuna. It is the summary and essence of Hinduism.
This book is a presentation of Bhagavad-Gita by subject matter. Mahatma Gandhi once said, "When disappointment stares me in the face and all alone I see not one ray of light, I go back to the Bhagavad-Gita, I find a verse here and a verse there and I immediately begin to smile in the midst of overwhelming tragedies". To read, contemplate and put into practice one verse can lead one to liberation. Lord Krishna said that there is no greater service to Him than to bring the teachings of Gita to the masses.
