This book, from page one, has given me the encouragement and desire to lose weight, exercise, and eat healthy, that I have never had before. The authors have taken the time to use scripture and personal growth to encourage one to eat healthy. The plan does include a lot of counting, but if you are truly ready to learn self-control in a Godly way, this is a book for you. I would highly reccommend this plan/book, even to people not needing to diet.
