The only thing I didn't like about this was that it didn't deal all that much with the special issues of curly hair. Otherwise, this book is great. I learned how to cut my own hair and my daughter's hair, and we both look great. I also learned about clippers, and my son will be getting his first haircut soon. And all for the cost of one book, scissors, and a clipper. Talk about saving money.

This book was excellent. I am a student who hopes to one day get my license for haircutting. Right now I cut hair and thanks to this great book I cut even better. It covers basics and advanced cutting.
