Playing it safe has never felt so dangerous…

Justice Wallington knows how to harness his strength and intimidating size—skills he put to good use first in the MMA cage and now as a bodyguard at the Body Armor agency. But no opponent has ever left him feeling as off balance as his new client, heiress Fallon Wade. Far from a spoiled princess, she's sweet and intriguingly innocent. It's a risk-free assignment, until he's required to fake a relationship with her in order to blend in.

Sheltered from the world after a family tragedy, Fallon longs to experience life—going to bars, dancing, talking to strangers. Not easy with a huge, lethal-looking bodyguard shadowing her every move. Justice seems like her polar opposite, but pretending to be a couple stirs undeniable heat. And when danger strikes again, it's not just her safety in jeopardy, but a passion that's real, raw and absolutely against the rules…

I could not wait for this book to come out and it did not disappoint . I really enjoyed Justin and Fallon's story...love at first sight??? Highly recommend this series. Along with all of her other books. Enjoy.

I had a little harder time with this one because I had a difficult time with Justice being a body guard. For me, he just didn't seem qualified and fumbled quite a few things. With that being said, it was still a good story and a fun read.

(?) year old after her sister died in a fire. Fallon has never experienced anything normal girls her age have such as drinking, going to clubs, dancing, or talking to strangers. But when danger strikes Justice is there to protect her and find where the threat is coming from. I honestly didn't really care for the first half of the book, but the second half picked up and we were able to see some of my favorite characters, Cannon, Stack, Denver, and Armie of course. Hard Justice in my opinion was not the best in the fighter/Body Armor series, but I still enjoyed the mystery and watching these two characters fall in love. Received ARC from NetGalley in exchange for voluntary honest review.

I am a Lori Foster's fan, have been for years. This was Justice's book, pretty sure you could tell from name. Lori does not disappoint with this book. Justice was hired to protect Fallon, a 24 year old sheltered rich girl. He is attracted to her from the onset, and feels protective of her, regardless of his job. She is harrassed by her ex boyfriend who is a jerk, and when you find out why, you feel sorry for her, so she is self conscious, however Justice makes her feels beautiful. Like always you read about the gang. I can't wait for the next book.

In my opinion, this is another Lori Foster winner. It is Justice & Fallon’s story. Justice is an MMA fighter who retires and becomes a bodyguard. Fallon is a rich young woman who has had a very dangerous experience so her parents are overprotective. They agree that she can have some freedom if she is accompanied by a bodyguard. This book is the story of how they met and fell in love. This is the second in the Body Armor series, but it can be read alone. The story is believable, the bad guys are awful, the good guys are great, and the sex is hot. I enjoy Ms. Foster’s writing because she features strong heroines and heroes who need to learn not to wrap them in cotton wool. Fallon has agreed to a bodyguard so her parents won’t worry. When she first sees him, she notices that he does not look or act like her other bodyguards. She does not want him giving the “stink eye” to guys who approach her in a bar, mostly because she is too innocent to believe the strangers might not have her best interests at heart. Justice falls for Fallon a little when he sees how naive and trusting she is. She is so excited to experience ordinary things! Justice is a big (heavyweight) MMA fighter, but he is such a softie around his mom and grandma and Fallon. Fallon is surprised but pleased to learn that he will plant flowers in his yard to make his mom happy. The pair are successfully able to overcome the bad guys who are trying to use those he loves to force Justice to fight again. Not only that, but with the resources of his friends and the bodyguard agency, they are able to get evidence against some really nasty characters. And the problems don’t keep them from falling in love. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader copy of this book.

A great continuation of the Body Guard Series! We got to meet Justice in the first book of this series (if you didn’t already know him from the MMA series). In the beginning of the book, he joins his fellow former fighting buddy Leese at the Body Armor agency. His assignment: act as bodyguard to Fallon. Fallon is a very interesting and sweet character. Her background includes a tragedy that led her parents being so over protectively that she is terribly naïve about some things, and Justice is hired to guard her while she begins to spread her wings. Their relationship, as it develops through the book, unfolds so beautifully that it was hard to leave them at the end of the book. As expected, you get to see your faves from the MMA series in this story as well (including attending a bout), and Ms. Foster did a great job describing the scene from Fallon’s eyes as a newcomer to the sport. One interesting character that we met first in Under Pressure is Sahara Silver, who owns the Body Armor agency. She developed a friendship with Justice and as a reader I loved getting to see her stand behind her agent! Can’t wait to see whose story we will see next … maybe Miles and a certain someone who can’t keep her eyes off him!! I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Another hit by Lori Foster...A page turner. Justice is hired to bodyguard Fallon...He figures she will be a prima donna since she is so rich..but she is so down to earth and sweet Justice doesn't know what to think..Marcus one of Fallon's exes keeps bothering her..things keep happening to Justice and Fallon..you think it is Marcus...but you read on to find out if he is or not..There is lots of stuff to make you smile and turn the page..How Fallon finally lets go and tell's Justice what she is hiding..It is something painful that happened to her when she was younger..she is holding emotional and physical scars....They are good for each other.and She is accepted into Justice's world..she slowly comes around....Will Justice get who is after him and Fallon? Will an arch rival help Justice? A great love story!!!

This is a great book. This is a must read. It was also nice to see some of the characters from previous books and series. I love all the alpha males that Lori Foster writes about in her books. This book is about Justice and Fallon. I do not want to give anything away because reading it and learning about these two is what makes this such a great read. Justice is just getting started in the business of being a bodyguard. Fallon is a naive young woman who just want to enjoy some freedom. They fall for each other from the start. Getting to know them and their pasts made this a great story with really sweet moments. I feel like these people are friends of mine. I love how you get to keep up with all of them in each of the books. It is great how they are all always there for each other. This book will make you laugh out loud and keep you going with all the action and suspense. Happy reading!! I am looking forward to the next book in this series. Thank you Lori Foster for another GREAT book!! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Coming from two completely opposite worlds, Justice grew up street tough and poor but with a loving family, Fallon a sheltered little rich girl with parents who were indifferent, can the infatuation between them grow into more? These two characters were so much fun! Fallon spreading her wings after being sheltered most of her life and Justice trying to let her enjoy herself without getting into too much trouble. The attraction is immediate for these two but because Justice has been hired by Fallon's family to keep her safe, they deny, deny, deny. Lori Foster's words bring you into the worlds of these tough, protective, alpha dudes and paint such a vivid picture, you feel as if you are right there with them. Hard Justice is book two of the Body Armor series and so far my favorite.

Whew, this is one hot one from Foster. I really enjoyed seeing Justice's character develop in this book. He comes off as a tough guy, but he really has a heart of gold. It was enduring to see him interact with his mom and grandma. Fallon is a sweet but sheltered woman, who is trying experience the real world for the first time. She comes from a wealthy family, so to ensure her safety, her parents hire a body guard - who ends up taking her on many adventures during her vacation time from work. I loved how down to earth she is as a character. These two are a perfect match for each other, despite the challenges that are thrown their way by the people who want to keep them apart.

Let’s start with Fallon, have you ever seen the cute little puppy that has never seen snow? or rain and has that sort of awe moment when it first sees it? That reminds me of Fallon, sort of timid but rearing to go and trying anything! Fallon has been sheltered most of her life partially due to her wealth status and the other half due to some unfortunate past experiences. She has decided to get out there and experience life, however that comes with some stipulations on her parents parts. She must have a bodyguard with her anytime she leaves the house. However Fallon has some stipulations back, he must fit in, he can’t stand out. Whenever she finally gets a glimpse of her new bodyguard she almost looses her mind. Justice is not your typical body guard, he doesn’t dress like one and definitly doesn’t look like one. Now if she could only keep everything platonic between them things could go smoothly. At first I thought Fallon’s character was going to be to soft for me, however a couple chapters in I realized she was hiding all of her bravado behind her shyness. It all started creeping out once she got used to having Justice around. I loved how she started coming into herself more and more, some because Justice was making her braver, but mostly because she was stepping out on her own more. Justice is a guy I have been dying to get closer to since the Ultimate series. Then in Leese’s book it clinched it I needed to get my hands on Justice’s book immediately. One look at Justice and most people turn and head the other direction. However underneath that hard stare and equally hard exterior is a soft fluffy teddy bear. Justice just wants to protect everyone, which is why he decided to become a bodyguard. Justice doesn’t seem to have many layers to him he is a very up front guy but I LOVED his patience with Fallon. He was an absolute doll with her. Taking his time letting her experience everything in her pace, at her time. The fact that Justice has such a hard exterior but is such an amazing man, just proves that Lori Foster writes amazing male characters. There is a turning point scene with Tomahawk (which I won’t spoil) that proves what amazing men these MMA fighters are. I’m not sure how Lori Foster creates such amazing books time after time. Each book I read of hers is so fresh and so new. I love, love, love that characters from old books come back in newer books. Even if it’s only for a glimpse or for a whole chapter! The MMA brother hood that was created in the Ultimate series continues on in the Bodyguard series. The families that were created in the Undercover love series come in play during the Ultimate series as well as the SBC fighters. It’s amazing how she creates this giant web of families that interweave and always have each others backs! I cannot get enough of these books, and the families that are in them. I don’t just mean the families within in each book I mean the giant web of non-blood related families that Lori Foster has created. She shared a little image that reminded her of Justice and Fallon I couldn’t resist sharing it too!!

Justice and Fallon are an unlikely pair who become attracted to each other. He helps her to heal from things in her past that have caused her parents to be overprotective. What started as just parents wanting to protect their daughter turns into a bit of a mystery as it seems someone is out to harm her. Justice isn't going to let that happen and will protect her at all costs. He has such a gentle and kind heart when it comes to Fallon and she truly blooms under his care and love. With the help of his boss and his friends they work together to solve the mystery and really become a couple! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Lori Foster’s “Hard Justice” is a great read. The second in her “Body Armor” series, can be read as a standalone, though it pulls in characters from her previous MMA series. This is Justice Wallington’s story, former MMA fighter now Body guard. Justice joined the Body Armor team with Leese, another former MMA fighter and friend, and has a new assignment .. Fallon Wade, daughter of a wealthy hotelier. Fallon has a past that has made her parents overly protective, now she wants to experience the things that life have to offer. Her parent have agreed but only with protection… in the form of Justice. Justice is not your typical, blend in, type of guy . very very tall, scruffy, with his hair out of control, how does anyone think he cannot be noticed. As he takes Fallon to the various places she wants to go see, and experience, Justice finds there is something he is missing about Fallon and her past. Lori Foster has a certain way in her writing that makes her stories fun, exciting, funny with a touch of danger. This is a great story, well told and a lot of fun.. Lori’s books are witty and fun, you will enjoy. I was provided an advanced reader copy (ARC) in exchange for an honest review..

My expectations for Justice's story were high, and Lori Foster delivered on every single wish and hope I had towards the HEA I wanted and dreamed for Justice. Dare I say over exceeding them?! I'm in a serious book haze here, but I try not to blubber too much. But when a story has sweet, adorable love by a tough as nails former MMA fighter turned bodyguard, when there's grandma who is full of sass, friends and family who are willing to stand by you and for you, there's passion, love, devotion, action, danger, professional fighting, deranged stalker, and so many moments of adoration that had me swooning and seeing hearts - I guess the blubbering and a bit haze is understandable. Justice Wallington is the ultimate dream. He is so genuine, solid, caring, and protective man who loves and respects the elderly and takes care of his mom and grandma when needed. He says what is in his mind, he doesn't put on smoke and mirrors to anyone, what you see is what you get. I loved him, loved him in the previous books and now more than ever. He is the ultimate dream, indeed. And Fallon Wade is the perfect woman for Justice. Fallon is a lot like Justice when it comes to personality and values, there's not an iota of a rich princess in her, she cares about people around her, is considerate and sweet, and lacking a lot of experiences in life. She has scars, both emotional and physical, that had hindered her to live fully, and Justice is more than willing to fulfill every dream and wish she ever had. I loved the chemistry between Fallon and Justice as it was so natural yet scorching hot. The love and passion between them were touching and captivating, the way they finally came together was so beautiful I think it was the first time ever I had tears in my eyes during a love scene. The plot is built in a clever way, it pulls you into the world of the characters, and builds up, escalating the tension and the development of the relationship so that it was impossible to put down once I started it. The threat and danger turn out to much more than expected and soon there are lives in danger and hearts in peril. Yet the best part of it all was that Justice was more than willing to give his heart and risk his life for Falon and a future together. Absolutely loved Hard Justice, savoring every moment yet racing to the end to be able to cheer for Justice and Fallon. ~ Five Spoon

Meet my new book boyfriend Justice. He is a former heavyweight MMA fighter turned bodyguard that stands over six foot five and is built – well like a fighter. He is caring and easygoing. When he is assigned to Fallon he had no idea what he was getting into. Fallon is twenty four and tired of being under her parents rule but because of past tragedy and being a hotel heiress her father insisted that she have a bodyguard if she is going to go out. The fact that Justice realizes he is falling for Fallon and tries to give her space to grow while still keeping her close was a wonderful story. Add some action, threats, romance, and of course an MMA fight and you have the perfect Lori Foster book. Joe and Dare where my number 1 and 2 book boyfriends that Lori has created but I think Justice just took the #1 spot. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review – trust me, I honestly loved this book and if you like fighters that are kind and caring and a woman discovering herself, you will love it too.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC of Hard Justice by Lori Foster that I read and reviewed. This book was full of romance and also had a sub plot of suspense that was also enjoyable. I loved the characters of Justice and Fallon together because they were complete opposites but they complemented each other so well they made this book extremely interesting. I would highly recommend this book if you want a light hearted romance that has some edge to it as well. Hard Justice gets five out of five stars from me.

If you would ask me to describe this book in one word, that word would be SWOON! I had no idea that Justice could be so endearing, I loved his relationship with the women in his life and also the relationship he began to form with Fallon. The book has this mystery element that I really liked, it kept me guessing throughout the whole book and that allowed me to get lost in the pages and finishing it sooner that I was comfortable with because I was really getting attached to the characters. I was also pretty cool that we got to see little pieces from the Ultimate series.

HARD JUSTICE is the second installment in Lori Foster’s contemporary, adult BODY ARMOR erotic, romance series focusing on the men and women of the Body Armor Security Team. This is former MMA fighter Eugene ‘Justice’ Walington, and interior designer/heiress Fallon Wade’s story line. The BODY ARMOR series is a spin off from Lori Foster’s MMA romance series ULTIMATE. Several of the Ultimate characters cross-over for cohesion and familiarity. You do not have to have read the previous series to understand or follow Body Armor. Told from dual third person perspectives (Justice and Fallon) HARD JUSTICE focuses on the building relationship between bodyguard Justice Wallington and sheltered heiress Fallon Wade. Fallon is a twenty four year old young woman who has been sheltered from the outside world for several years following a tragedy that all but destroyed her family and her life. Enter Justice Wallington, a bodyguard from the Body Armor security agency, and the man with whom Fallon will fall in love. When a series of accidents and threats against our couple becomes personal, Justice and his fellow Body Armor and Ultimate MMA fighters set up a sting to take down the people responsible for threatening their lives. What ensues is the building love between Justice and Fallon, and Justice’s struggle to keep separate business and pleasure. The relationship between Justice and Fallon begins as a business arrangement by Fallon’s father. Hoping to protect his daughter from everything and everyone, Fallon’s father hires Justice Wallington, then immediately fires him when things don’t go according to plans. Throughout the story Justice views Fallon more than a job but a woman that calls to his heart. The $ex scenes are intimate and seductive without the use of over the top sexually graphic language and text. There are a large number of secondary and supporting characters including Leese Phelps and Catalina Nicholson (Under Pressure #1), MMA fighter Tom ‘Tomahawk’ Nelson who wants a do-over with Justice, fighters Brand and Miles, Fallon’s ex boyfriend Marcus, Fallon’s parents, Justice’s mother and grandmother, and the boss and owner at Body Armor Sahara Silver. Several members of the Ultimate MMA fighters cross over for cohesion and familiarity. The requisite evil has many faces. The world building looks at the family and friendships between the Ultimate MMA and Body Armor security guards; the fights, the fighters, and the camaraderie; the loves, the laughter and the happily ever afters. The premise is moving; the characters are realistic and tangible; the romance is a quick build to love and forever. HARD JUSTICE is a provocative look at one woman’s struggle to move on with her life.

It was fun to see the big, badass, ex-MMA fighter Justice fall head over heels for sweet, innocent Fallon, who has been living a sheltered life the past five years. While Justice is cocky and tells it how it is, he also has a protective, loyal and caring side. I think I kinda fell for him the same as Fallon did. There is definite attraction between them from the beginning, but Justice is trying to do the right thing since she is a client and so he doesn't act on it. But when they do give in, wowzer!! It is steamy and hot, yet sweet and loving. I love his response when Fallon bares her soul to him by telling him about the tragedy that happened to her family. The danger/threat that is the story line will have you wondering who is really behind it. Lori doesn't use the usual plot lines that you read a zillion times and I love that. And I love having the Ultimate Series characters make appearances in this series. I feel like I'm catching up with friends. If you are wanting an intriguing, action, heartwarming, witty and sexy read don't miss this book. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Fallon Wade has led a sheltered life ever since suffering a family tragedy when she was nineteen. Now, five years later, she is ready to experience life and become independent. The only problem is that her parents won't allow her to go out without a bodyguard. Lucky for Fallon, her bodyguard is sexy Justice Wallington from the Body Armor Agency. Knowing that Fallon is vulnerable and naive, Justice does his best to be honorable and fight his attraction to her. However, when he is required to fake a relationship with her, it becomes harder to resist the temptation. Hard Justice is a great addition to the Body Armor series. I love that my favorite couples from the Ultimate series, as well as Rowdy and Avery from the Love Undercover Series, were featured in Hard Justice. All 3 series are excellent! I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

4.5 Stars This is the second book in the series. I highly recommend giving this series a read because you'll fall in love with it and won't be disappointed. I loved Justice. I loved how he was with Fallon, that just made him even more attractive. Justice is going to be tested to his limits when it comes to his new assignment Fallon because the attraction he feels for her is flaring hot! Fallon is not the stereotypical heiress much to Justice's surprise. What I loved about her is her heart. She is dealing with a tragic past that has left scars on her, but Justice makes her feels whole and that is truly beautiful. After reading this I can't wait for the next book in the series. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Lori Foster's books became an autobuy for me after reading Causing Havoc. No one writes fighters better than Foster. I love this new series and how she is transitioning her fighters into their new careers as bodyguards after their fighter days are at an end. Who would make a better bodyguard than a trained fighter. I loved Justice because with him what you see is what you get. He doesn't pretend to be other than what he is to suit others. He is funny, kind, protective, a loyal friend and loves his family. And I have to say I loved that he had a faux hawk. He is definitely just what Fallon needed in her life. Fallon was just so genuine. Her story was so touching and I loved all the scenes between her and Justice. Opposites do attract.

Potent sex appeal at it's best! Really loving this series by Lori Foster. Former MMA fighters turned bodyguards ... they bring the lethal edge of power that their bodies exude, along with the steamy, raw passion they put into their work, as well as their women. Generally nice guys that warm up the pages! Looking forward to more to come! Justice Wallington left his career in MMA fighting to join his buddy Leese Phelps as a bodyguard at the Body Armor Agency. He's really enjoying his job, but he's not sure how to read this latest assignment. There seems to be no danger, but extremely over-protective parents to a not so young daughter. Fallon Wade suffered a huge tragedy and her parents sheltered her from as much of life as they could afterwards. She adores them and they her, but she really is ready for her chance to live ... and just breathe! She just wants to try the simple things ... a drink, talking and mingling with people in public, going to the movie, etc. Justice doesn't expect to feel drawn to her, but she's a really kind person, and she just touches something in him without even trying. The fondness and attraction is very mutual ... and Fallon begins to blossom under the new experiences she is sharing with Justice. When actual danger comes knocking, will he be able to keep his personal feelings in check while he keeps her safe?
