About the Author
The mission of the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum in Kent, Washington, is to honor, celebrate, and preserve the legacy of Unlimited Hydroplane Racing. Williams, the museum’s director, has been driving unlimited hydroplanes since 1993; this is his sixth book on the subject of hydroplane racing.
