This book was written in hopes that if you suffer from depression or you know someone who suffers from depression, I'm not a doctor but I too suffer from it. I was at such a dark spot in my life I wanted to die. But with the grace of God and a great group of friends, I'm here to let you know there is hope. I have suffered for many years and I think I have come up with a way to help myself. I hope that some of my ideas for myself may help you in your journey to a happier healthier you. This is just some of my life and how I got through it and today I can honestly say I'm so much happier then I have ever been. My life is nowhere perfect but it's very much manageable today. If I could wish but 1 thing for you. Please take this small handful of happiness and make it grow.
