How to live 'till a hundred and one? Keep moving! Whether you are thinking about starting to dance as an adult or have loved to dance since you were young, this medium brings out a special bond with our own bodies and with our connections to others. This book is a compilation of essays by women who dance simply for the joy of it. They have shared their experience and reflections on what it means to "dance as we age" so that we can share our communal wisdom as we navigate the waters of time.
