Overview
The selections on Blackstreet's Icon compilation are identical to those of 20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection, released eight years prior. This disc features the same 11 songs, including the number one R&B singles "No Diggity" and "Don't Leave Me," as well as "Before I Let You Go," which missed the mark by one spot. This is a cheaper alternative to the 17-track No Diggity: The Very Best of Blackstreet (2003), but it's missing a few of the group's charting singles -- the most notable of which is "Baby Be Mine," the group's first single and a Top 20 R&B hit.
