Charles K. St. Cross Sr. is a 47 year old, inspired author with a tremendous amount of advice to share about his conditions, which he has battled his whole life. He is a sufferer of acute Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and severe Depression. He grew up in southwest Connecticut in a household full of family who exhibited several symptoms of the aforementioned conditions. He was a gifted child who grew up to be only the second family member to go to college. Charles Sr. holds three university degrees and has spent time in business and education. OCD and Depression knows no race, creed, color, or education and despite his academic prowess and varied professional experience, Charles Sr. still suffers. He is married with two sons. The small happiness's he finds are with his dear family and with the opportunity to help others through his writing. It was his esteemed psychiatrist who suggested he use his vast knowledge of his conditions and numerous treatment experiences to relate to others who endure the same or similar conditions. Charles Sr. took this as a great and special compliment and began pouring his life into the book you hold in your hands. It is his greatest hope that it will support people in need of advice or just someone with whom to relate. Charles Sr. assures that helping even one person would be enough. His goals are two. Humbly, he simply hopes his four decades of suffering were not in vain, and someone out there can gain just a little happiness from his words. In addition, his supreme hope is that his writing will change the life of someone battling the same demons he has faced himself. He speaks from his head and his heart. He is honored for you to listen.
