In this fifth book by Keith Giemre within the body, mind and soul genre, he writes: "It became apparent that not only my life, but the life of the collective, was changing moment by moment, and as such our future in the universe and on earth was also being created moment by moment.”
“It Just Is” provides a fascinating summary of Keith Giemre's research into the mysteries of life. Its easy and interesting content will gently stretch the mind and the imagination, opening up possibilities for a different perspective, a different course of action and ultimately, more constructive choices.
Every thought is a choice right now; you choose the way you want to think. Awareness is about knowing that the mind is limited while the heart is unlimited. Release your fears and worries, which you create with your thoughts, as they block your access to your unlimited heart – and to your true self. Intuitive feelings are the truth of our soul from the heart. Feelings that are choices by our mind are emotions. The truth will set you free, but it is your truth, and your experiences only. Everyone’s truth and experiences are different, and right for them, just as yours are right for you and only you. One overall truth is that all is one and divine.
You can only view a tiny piece of life’s puzzle in this life, so let go of trying to understand it all and just trust that it is divine.

About the Author
Keith Giemre enjoyed an expansive and vibrant international accounting career culminating in his appointment as Executive Chairman of South African media giant, Primedia Broadcasting. Now retired, Keith lives in Cape Town just a few meters from the Atlantic Sea, with Table Mountain nestled on the left hand side of his iconic picture postcard balcony view. Keith's journey from relatively sheltered childhood in Pretoria to a point where both spiritual and material achievement are welded into an exceptional level of success, is detailed in his growing body, mind and soul series of books. Keith's books are aimed at adults who have begun to question the mysteries of life and are striving to make sense of it all. The books record the evolvement of Keith's own body, mind and soul, taking the reader from the out of body experience of a small boy, through 60 years of research into the familiar questions: Who are we? Why are we living on earth? And what happens to us when our earth body dies? And what happens to our soul after the earth death? Keith shares his personal journey through these questions in his 7-book series.
