Overview
Nothing has ever been balanced in religion and this book certainly isn't an exception to the rule. Thick with moving memories, hilarious sarcasm, and honest perspectives on the Christian faith -- "Jesus Wasn't Saved" is first and foremost a personal story about the progression of authentic faith. In his unique role as both religious insider and outsider, the author tells of a faith under construction that seeks to be faithful to Jesus as well as to those the mainline Church has often rejected.

About the Author
Ryan McCarty discovered faith as a child through the tragedy of a drug-addicted father and a mother's suicide. That experience has led him on a journey of faith that is marked with love and grace for those least likely to embrace faith themselves. He now co-pastors God's House Church in Marion, Indiana with his wife, Katara, and is daddy to two girls, Bria and Brenna.
