About the Author

Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the most revered Zen teachers in the world today. He played a central role in theh Buddhist nonviolent movement for peace in Vietnam during the 1960's and served as Chair of the Buddhist Peace delegation to the Paris Peace Talks.
