This cookbook is everything I could ever want in the kitchen. I love this book because of how beginner/user friendly it is. I cook a lot but never that much Korean food and now, using this book, my friends ask me how I learned how to cook Korean food so authentically. I carefully direct them toward the Holy Grail that is this cookbook. If you still haven't bought this, maybe this will sell you. Imagine Auguste Gusteau's ''Anyone Can Cook!'' cookbook. This is the Korean food version of that. Maybe even better. If you ever plan on making Korean food for yourself, family, or guests, this is most definitely the way to do it. Tons of options and styles of dishes for any occasion. Love it. And remember, Anyone Can Cook!
