Meet the Girl Next Door

Meet the Girl Next Door

by Lil' MoLil' Mo

Missy Elliott protégée Lil' Mo blazed onto the R&B scene with memorable guest shots on Ja Rule's "Put It on Me" and her mentor's "Hot Boyz." After the success of her 2001 debut, Based on a True Story -- which spawned the infectious "Superwoman, Pt. 2" -- Lil' Mo proves she can still heat up the airwaves on her sophomore disc, Meet the Girl Next Door. The disc features guest shots from Fabolous on "4ever" and Lil' Kim on the anthemic single, "Ten Commandments."

Most people would think that Lil Mo's new album, "Meet The Girl Next Door", is nothing to rave about. But, in my honest opinion, I think that this album touches on every emotion, from start to finish, that a woman feels when in a relationship. She puts her heart and soul into this album with songs like, "Ain't No Reason" and "1st Time". I think this album is one of the best I've heard this entire year. I give it 5 stars!
