easy to read and understand and the children enjoy it.

No story, no real verbal engagement at all, but De Paola's illustrations make this a perfect introduction to Passover for very young children. The engagingly smiling family members enjoying the Passover Seder and the large, colorful illustrations of the components of that meal keep the toddler coming back for more again and again.
