About the Author
I've been gluten-free for over 9 years now. When I first started the journey to living with food intolerances, quite often it was very depressing to think about all the foods I could no longer have. And it was hard not to focus on that. Until I turned my thinking around and discovered all the amazing and wonderful things out there that I could have that were all gluten-free! Now it's about celebrating wonderful fresh and delicious foods, and how easy it can be to cook and bake gluten-free.
I currently reside in the Willamette Valley in Oregon, and a huge agricultural community. I am always trying to further my knowledge of nutrition, and learning just how big a part foods play in our health and well being. I welcome the opportunities to help others figure out their journey with food intolerances and allergies.

Although this book contains some pretty detailed advise for making your own bread recipes, the recipes in this book are not healthy. Soy and soy products are mentioned and recommended, processed foods are used, as is large amounts of sugar.
