About the Author

My name is Clay and I have been "plant-strong" for over a decade.

I have a couple of plant-based digital businesses, however my passion is in cooking and fitness. I am a member of numerous vegetarian organizations in the Australasian community.

In addition to being tanked on tofu, I'm also an avid traveler and fitness enthusiast. My home is based in beautiful Sydney, Australia (this explains the use of British English). The purpose of this book is to provide a research-backed perspective on the benefits of being plant-based... without the fluff. There have been far too few books written on this subject and I hope I can do this topic justice.
