About the Author

Gene A. Rhodes is a native son of Arkansas. He is a twenty-one-year military veteran who now resides in Jacksonville, Arkansas, and is an Assistant Pastor in a local community church. He is also a loving husband and father, and along with his wife Elnora, they have six children and eleven grandchildren. Gene believes that Christians of today have to make a more concerted effort to maintain godly standards that reflect our identity with Christ and not that of the world, and continue to be a beacon of light to a dark world. We must continue to show Christ-like behavior so that others may recognize their loss and reclaim their true identity from Satan through Jesus Christ. Amid all the changes in the world today, there remains one constant element, His name is Jesus.
