About the Author

Suzanne Ryan discovered the ketogenic diet in January 2015, and it completely changed her life. When she started keto, Suzanne weighed 289 pounds, and her energy level and self-esteem were at an all-time low. She felt tired, sick, and frustrated by her inability to stick to a healthy diet. After just one year, she had lost 100 pounds and developed a new mind-set surrounding food. Suzanne is currently down 120 pounds, and she’s passionate about helping others find the same success.

Suzanne began talking about her weight-loss journey, offering encouragement, and sharing tips and recipes on her YouTube channel, Keto Karma. She also has a popular blog, Keto Karma, where she posts helpful information, recipes, grocery hauls, and other keto-related tools and advice. Suzanne deeply believes that people should look within themselves and realize that they already have everything they need to change their lives for the better.

Suzanne lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Mick, and her daughter, Olivia.

Love this book! I had looked online to try and research Keto and I was so confused. I needed a little bite more information and recipes because I just couldn't figure out the right balance. My macros were always off with too much protein. Suzanne tells her story, making it real for the reader and explains Keto in an easy to understand format. The recipes are a Godsend and I will make almost every single one of them because the look delicious. I would have quit Keto if not for this book!

Wonderful recipes and a no nonsense approach. she has taken some of our family's favorite recipes and turned them keto friendly. our family of four has lost a combined total of 50 pounds, and we are loving the food and how we feel. I have read others, and this is by far the best way to follow a ketogenic lifestyle. . . not a fad, but a great way to feel satisfied and physically feel good, again. Thank you for this treasure!

As advertised, a practical approach to keto. Great explanation of the diet in the beginning. Recipes that are made with simple ingredients, quick and delicious. Will be a valuable resource in my keto journey.

An excellent book with delicious recipes! All the recipes that I have tried so far have been very good. I would definitely recommend this book to someone who wants to go on the Keto diet, and even to those who just want to cut down on their carb intake.
