Discover Pastor Paula's strength throughout her inspiring faith journey as well as your own spiritual gifts as you read her honest and stirring story.

Early in Paula's life, she didn't know God, but there was always a pull to something greater. Once she prayed for salvation at the age of eighteen, Paula finally understood the meaning of grace and purpose, and realized God had been taking care of her the whole time.

Paula shares her journey of faith in SOMETHING GREATER, what she calls "a love letter to God from a messed up Mississippi girl." She details feeling led to a higher calling as a child, how she came to serve others as a female pastor, and what led to being asked to become spiritual advisor to President Donald Trump.

SOMETHING GREATER encourages readers to know and understand the "something greater" that is in all of them, and will teach them how to cling to Jesus Christ in times of need and abundance.

This is a falseprophet-like story that draws readers away from true Christianity and closer to sin.

Just finished this book. I liked it and while it jumps around a bit, it all comes together in the last chapter. I took away a renewed desire to pray more. The power of prayer is amazing and sometimes we get so busy or something tragic happens and we don't receive the answers to our deepest prayers. Paula portrays the strength to keep praying and never give up on God. I was also drawn to the fact tha she is President Trumps Spiritual Advisor. I pray for our country and our President daily. I think he is the man we needed for the job at hand. I love his honesty and the fact that he stands up for his values, and the values that our country was built upon. In God We Trust should always be the motto of this wonderful America that we are so fortunate to live in. Amen, and God Bless Paula and her ministry. Tam

Something Greater: Finding Triumph Over Trials is a motivational book by Paula White-Cain about finding restoration by embracing God’s purpose for your life. White-Cain, a native of Mississippi, is a spiritual advisor and non-denominational Christian pastor. I loved learning about White-Cain’s personal story and seeing her life journey thus far. She draws us into her story, which at times feels like a nostalgic memoir, and at other times feels like an inspirational self-growth book. White-Cain shows that life is full of joy and hope, as well as sadness, but also reminds us that there is Something Greater: God. She shows that adversity can be overcome, and adversity does not define us. Her book is easy to relate to, because we all face trials and triumphs in life, and we are all children of a loving God. I received this book for review.
