About the Author

Paul Chapman is a British kung fu and tai chi teacher, stress coach and writer.

He runs - a subscription based website that teaches kung fu, tai chi and self development skills to those who can't attend classes or are looking for specific skills.

Since 2003 he has run the Jade Dragon School of kung fu and tai chi in Berkshire that teaches a range of kung fu styles to both adults and children. He is currently working on his fourth book which describes the essential principles that make tai chi so effortlessly powerful both for health and martial arts.

He also helps individuals cope with stress by teaching them fundamental skills of how to let go of the tension in their bodies and stress in their minds. Many people suffer from stress related conditions for years without realising that they don't have to. All that's required is a little knowledge of how to change some fundamental things about the way they use their mind and body. These are skills that anyone can learn and are the subject of his first book Stress Proof Your Body.
