Unrealistic, but amusing, and a good effort. I especially recommend "How to strangle a man with your bare thighs"...
An amusing but mostly useless read. I have used this book in classes about acting and writing in order to master some of the more extreme behaviors exhibited by the action heroine archetype, but beyond that I haven't found any real use for this particular book.
This book is a great read, and has some tips that come in handy! The book is hysterical and is highly recommended!
