Disappointing at best. Layout of "sections" is schizophrenic with no attention to order. It's as though the chapters were like a Rolodex file that somebody pulled apart, shuffled and stuck together randomly. Sure, there's a lot of information but I was used to their previous guides (of which I have three) that flowed from basic instructions and tip thru various types of foods and methods followed by recipes and ending in a detailed glossary and index. Not going in my library at all. Only thing going for it is some of the recipes might be useful, sad.

I bought this hoping to find a recipe that was in the old version. Unfortunately from what I have seen so far, many of the old recipes are not there. Some of the new ones look good though. My biggest frustration is that the Nook version has no index so there is nowhere that I can see a full list of all recipes. That is a major flaw in my opinion.
