The Brazilian Consequence offers an intriguing behind the scenes look at the Department of Homeland Security operations. Follow Paula Conway through her harrowing experiences after finding a dying man in the foothills of South Mountain Park in Phoenix. This story gives a hard hitting account of how ruthless mafia hit men think and operate. Paula and her boyfriend Mike become involved in a deadly search for an item that drug cartels the mafia and the F.B.I. all want to possess. It's not buried treasure they're after, but an even more important dangerous item which poses a massive threat to the entire metropolitan area. Join them as their peaceful lives are shattered by events far beyond their wildest dreams; events that ultimately become totally out of control.

About the Author

Hello Potential Readers:

This was the third novel that I’ve written and one of the most intriguing. It’s an compelling story that you’ll find hard to put down. I have also recently written a few children’s stories and a splash of poetry. I spent the better part of my adult life writing technical articles, contracts, grants, regulations and a whole bunch of other boring stuff in my capacity as Fire Chief here in the small City of Westfield, Mass. I’m now retired and have the pleasure of writing for fun and entertainment. I can only hope that you get half as much enjoyment reading my work as I did creating it.
