This book explains these essential steps that are needed to complete projects, without having to read and sort through all the academic fluff filler that are included in many other project management books. This book will give the reader the knowledge to effectively complete any small to medium sized project. This book was written in which the reader will be able to immediately use and implement the tools and techniques of project management. Each area of content covered in this book is divided into three parts which are "what is it, why is it important, and how to construct it." Ares covered in this book include: Statement of work, the project charter, work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, project team, RACI, develop accurate cost/time estimates, project network diagrams, project communication, risk plans, scope creep, and project closeout. I have included several template examples for the above areas and how to create the necessary documents using a laptop or desktop computer.
