Danny Ellis, known throughout Central Florida as Danny Blues or Kokopeli Dan, announced that he has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Laryngeal Cancer. Ellis had just completed his lifelong dream of writing and producing a Blues CD, and received the news about his cancer the following day. He had his vocal cords removed in December 2013.
