My new daughter-in-law loves this book. I bought her a copy for Christmas along with a copy of a book that I loved called Conquer Your Kitchen by Chef Jai Scovers. Both books are chocked with information that makes life easier. Buy or borrow these books, but you will want to own a copy and you will love them.
