The extremely polarizing nature of European politics in the twenty-first century comes to a head when a mysterious figure named Kalki seizes control of his homeland, and embarks on a journey to secure the future existence of his people.
Over the course of Kalki's life, he had become increasingly disillusioned with what he perceived to be a civilization in decline.
Now finding himself the leader of his country, the strain of restructuring Irish society in order to safeguard its continued existence, has been exacerbated by the emergence of an underground group calling themselves The Resistance.
