About the Author

Richard A. Jacobs. P.E., is a former CEO who has led business turnarounds and cultural transformations for many companies. Jacobs now shares his insights as a mentor, teacher, and co-author of Managing for Success and Creating a Culture of Success. Jacobs is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University received his M.S. from Lehigh University.

Charles B. Dygert. Ph.D., began his career as a Tool & Die Maker for General Motors. He earned his B.A., M.A., and doctorate from The Ohio State University, and served on its faculty for 19 years. A noted speaker, he has made presentations to over 2,500 businesses and organizations.
