I have purchased over 10 puzzles from Galison and Mudpuppy. I have never come across any missing or damaged pieces. Galison is actually my favorite puzzle brand because of the puzzle quality and artwork selection. I think the previous reviewer unfortunately experienced a freak manufacturer error. I would suggest she try purchasing a Galison Mudpuppy puzzle again, because they really are nice puzzles! And as I previously stated, I personally have NEVER received a puzzle that had damaged or missing pieces.

I bought this at the Barnes & Noble store in Calabasas. I loved the Paris scene but there were approximately 42 puzzle pieces missing when the puzzle was completed. The pieces were in a sealed plastic bag inside the box. Obviously a manufacturing error but very frustrating and, of course, I hadn't saved my receipt. I will not take a chance on another puzzle by this artist/manufacturer.
