What a resource to have! Thanks to this book, my life became easier. Literally. Nowadays, I prep food ahead of time and when it's time to eat, I simply pick and heat up a meal before enjoying it. I really enjoyed most of the recipes in this book with some minor exceptions but that's personal taste. For anyone that likes to cook, but doesn't want to be a slave to/in the kitchen and his or her dietary regimen, this is an excellent resource. The meal plan makes it easy to pick and stack separate days and satisfies various calorie needs. A very happy customer!

This book is amazing. Jules provides everything in 'Vegan Meal Prep 1', ranging from cooking staple foods instructions to prepping and storing. All method steps are clear, complete and the photographs motivate me to start prepping right away. Also love the 30-day meal plan, which can be simplified with the help of the chapter 'how to use the meal plan'. Absolutely 5 star material. Will buy one for my brother as a Christmas gift also!

Your money's worth! This book is an overall great value for established vegans and beginners. It includes all the vegan staples you have probably already seen such as black bean burgers, risotto and roasted bell peppers. It has a lot of creative options too, even if you have already found favorite recipes for those staples. Some of my favorites found from this book were the bbq bean bowl, quinoa and broccoli stew and mexican casserole... something to spice up your normal routine. My favorite thing was that it sticks to NORMAL and cheap ingredients, especially the dried goods. This is awesome if you want to try this diet but don't want to get a ton of specialized ingredients. The included meal plan lays every meal out for 6 weeks including shopping lists and nutrition facts. I like this, just feel the shopping plan could be more specific with amounts. I.e. "2 kales" "1 bottle of olive oil" but you can figure this out with the recipes and once you get used to making them it'll be easier. I like all the small details included that helps take the stress off of new vegans... what kind of beans or legumes should i buy? How long to cook or soak the different kinds, will they give me enough protein? This is all answered. The one thing I probably dislike about this meal plan and recipe book is the breakfast options are highly reliant on smoothies and sweet "meals." It does have oat-based options but I was looking for a bit more in this department. Nothing wrong with it, but just not my preference. Great book overall. I think you can get your money's worth in a month or two out of this book and would recommend the buy!

Excellent Vegan Meal Prep Guide! Love the Yummy Plant-Based Whole Foods Recipes... All include essential info for storing and a nutrition profile per serving. Good tips too. The 30-Day Meal Plan.. Good one! Makes it easy to pick one day and multiply it for 3-6 days in a row.

As a female plant-based trainer, I fully endorse this book. It has litterally all the info I could possibly think of when starting out with prepping vegan meals at home. These go-to vegan meals have correct macro balances, include the storage info and come with useful tips and tricks. I really like how well this book is put together. The photos and graphs make this book #1 on my kitchen shelf at the moment and a few of my students have bought it too.

Excellent for plant-based preppers. Comes with essential recipes, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks & more plus a 30-day CUSTOMIZABLE meal plan. I was blown away by the extensive info in this book and have been vegan meal prepping for over 2 monhts now. This is pure gold for all vegans, vegetarians and flexetarians. All recipes include detailed storage information, nutrition facts and clearly writen steps. Book could use more photo's but its already 200 and somewhat pages, so as a seasoned vegan that read tons of cookbooks, I can't complain. Saving time and avoiding waste while taking care of your body with nutritient-dense, whole foods has never been easier thanks to Jules Neumann. Gold.. 5 star..

Pros: - Food is plant-based, made with whole foods & yummy - Shopping lists are easy to follow - None of the ingredients are complicated or difficult to find - Nutrition facts with all recipes & per portion - Freezing, storing, and reheating instructions for everything This is an awesome cookbook for those of us that like to meal prep. All of the (whole food) ingredients are affordable, healthy and easy to find. Tons of great ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and more. Asbsolutely recommended to anybody interested in whole foods vegan meal prepping. Plant-based is teh future!

This is an extremely far reaching vegan meal prep book. Not difficult to peruse or understand...but certainly exhaustive. It separates the majority of the vital data one could require when needing to quit fooling around about a vegetarian way of life and supper preparing. It is organized well and streams coherently. I will say a portion of the information and the formulas are excessively goal-oriented for me by and by. For instance, I am not going to make my own veggie lover cheddar or hummus. Call me languid yet I much rather spend the cash to just buy those things. However, that is simply me. The formulas by and large appear to be point by point yet additionally straightforward and pursue. I presently can't seem to have a go at making one of them as I just got the book today.
