I loved this book so much I bought one for my daughter and my sister in law. Very helpful information on how to feel your best and take charge of your systems.

amazing. revolutionary. PRACTICAL. i know how to use FOOD to work with my body (hormones, organs) to feel amazing throughout the day. i know how to work with each of the 4 phases of my cycle so i'm eating, exercising, WORKING!, relaxing in ways that work WITH what my body's doing --- AND THAT'S NOT THE SAME EVERYDAY!!!  there's a great cleanse with meal plans, and ways to clean your home of toxic products and foods. AND for the first time ever, i know WHY those are bad for me and can actually feel the difference in my body when they're gone. Wow. I got this last week and read the entire thing on two plane rides. I'm doing the cleanse when I get back from my trip. I've got a lot of big goals around work, family, life that require me to be in tip-top form. I'm a runner, entrepreneur, yoga teacher, meditator -- and I've never gotten information like this. I finally feel like I have the wisdom to become the person, woman I know I must be, can be, will be. I just got it for my mom, sisters and best friends. I'm not usually so emphatic / evangelistic, but I want every woman in my life to understand what's in WomanCode.

A Reference Guide for all Women I use this book as a reference since I am a fellow health coach like Alisa. I learned so much from her. Any woman who struggles to figure out her painful periods, infertility, and lack of sex drive NEEDS to read this and discover a whole new way to be HAPPY to be a woman. We have control and let Alisa teach you how!

This book has great information on the female body, and definitely tells you things that you would never know effects our bodies as women. The Arthur definitely seems to relate to her readers on the different hormone issues women suffer from daily. I will definitely taking the Flo Living challenge and consulting with my OB-GYN.

This is the best book exist on nutrition for women that is in her reproductive years. I had strong pain every 3 or 6 weeks continuing from 4 hours to 2 days for 10 years and I have said good buy to it with this book help. I also told all my friends about and they love it too! I am glad this book is not $100 but even then it would totally worth it.
