Women and Religion: Reinterpreting Scriptures to Find the Sacred Feminine based on 0 ratings. 1 reviews.
This author does a good job showing the role women play in organized religion, spiritual practices, and the supernatural realm (or whatever you choose to call it). Scholarly while engaging, I recommend this book both to adolescents and adults. It's a great books for youth group discussions within a church setting, but works equally well for public school classrooms. Somehow the author has successfully walked the tightrope between religion and modern culture, providing a well-written tool for further thought. The book's visual appearance enhances the reading experience in a completely holistic way.
